Great value for money, comfortable and modern room with excellent facilities. The hotel's location is convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have had a wider selection.

We had originally booked at the Cumulus Hotel in Jyväskylä, but changed through Booked.net for a better hotel at a far cheaper rate. The hotel was in a central position with friendly efficient staff and a good restaurant.

The room was slightly smaller than we had imagined as a standard room, but otherwise adequate and comfortable.

Near downtown, although it is 30 min walking from the Jyvaskyla University.

This hotel is situated in a great location to visit the busy bar street with a wide range of restaurants. It is centrally located, making it easy to explore many attractions in the heart of the city. the rooms are nice and comfortable with standard Sokoshotel quality, provide guests with great facilities, and clean bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast has ample food for all guests.

The fitness center is quite small, so it may be challenging to stick to a regular exercise routine for some guests.

Location very good, just in the centre. Stuff very friendly and helpful. wIFI OK, without any charge. Sauna perfect. Breakfast beautiful!

Spent my Easter holiday at a hotel in Finland, must say the breakfast had a lot of options, and loved the fact that they had vegetarian options for me. The staff was just great, really helping us out with whatever we needed. They had all the amenities we required and some extras, too. The hotel had a prime location, everything was so close by. Really loved the fact that they had a sauna and jacuzzis that were well-kept. It was like a mini-spa.

The room temperature couldn't be controlled, and the curtains were poor in shielding out the light, so the room was too bright for me to sleep. Even worse, the sun rose way too early and the curtains couldn't block it out.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the excellent winter sports opportunities in the Jyväskylä Region. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily access various outdoor activities, from skiing to ice skating. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing information and recommendations for family-friendly winter fun. We also enjoyed a refreshing swim at one of the beautiful beaches near the city centre.

My children wanted to have more outdoor play areas at the hotel.

The room was admittedly the cheapest in the hotel. It was clean enough, but worn down and small. I have stayed in Hotel Alexandra before. They have rooms that are much better than the one I had now.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town. It made it so easy for me to explore all the attractions and shops nearby. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed, from toothpaste to hairspray. They really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a great selection of options, even for a vegetarian like me. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious dishes available. I had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel.
